These terms set out the basic conditions for using the RITS MUA website, making enquiries, booking beauty services and requesting academy information.
1. Website information
RITS MUA provides website information about makeup services, styling, academy courses, events and related offerings. Descriptions, images, availability and pricing may change without notice.
2. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting an enquiry or opening a WhatsApp conversation does not by itself confirm an appointment, course seat, date or price. A booking is confirmed only after RITS MUA communicates the applicable details and any required booking conditions.
3. Appointments and availability
Requested dates and services are subject to availability. RITS MUA may request additional information before confirming an appointment and may apply advance-payment, cancellation or rescheduling conditions to a specific booking.
4. Academy courses
Course schedules, batches, fees, curriculum and seat availability may vary. Academy enquiries should be confirmed directly with RITS MUA before making travel or other commitments.
5. Images and content
Website text, branding, photographs, graphics and other original content belong to RITS MUA or their respective rights holders and may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission.
6. Third-party services
Links or actions that open services such as WhatsApp or Instagram take you to third-party platforms. Their availability and terms are outside RITS MUA’s control and are governed by those platforms’ own terms.
